Regulamin sprzedaży

  1. Niniejszy regulamin jest skierowany zarówno do osób prywatnych, jak i do firm.
  2. Sprzedającym jest Vadym Gavva, Wawelska 19/35, 44-217 Rybnik, NIP6423070666
  3. Dane podane w powyższym formularzu są wykorzystywane wyłącznie w celu realizacji zamówienia oraz kontaktu z Kupującym w celach związanych z realizacją zamówienia i nie będą wykorzystywane w żadnym innym celu.
  4. Wypełnienie i wysłanie powyższego formularza jest równoznaczne z zawarciem umowy sprzedaży.
  5. Zamówienia są wysyłane wyłącznie za pośrednictwem Poczty Polskiej przesyłką poleconą wg cennika wagowego Poczty Polskiej. Na wyraźne życzenie Kupującego zamówienie jest wysyłane przesyłką priorytetową, co podwyższa koszty przesyłki.
  6. Po dokonaniu zamówienia Sprzedający informuje drogą e-mailową Kupującego o całkowitym koszcie zamówienia zawierającym koszt zamówionych płyt CD, kosztów opakowania oraz kosztów przesyłki.
  7. Przelewu za dokonane zamówienie na kwotę zgodną z informacją podaną w e-mailu określonym w punkcie 4 należy dokonać niezwłocznie na numer konta
  8. Zamówienie zostanie zrealizowane po zaksięgowaniu wpłaty na koncie Sprzedającego.
  9. Podstawa i zakres odpowiedzialności Sprzedającego względem Kupującego, jeżeli sprzedany Produkt ma wadę fizyczną lub prawną (rękojmia) są określone powszechnie obowiązującymi przepisami prawa, w szczególności w Kodeksie Cywilnym (w szczególności w art. 556-576 Kodeksu Cywilnego). 
  10. Sprzedający zobowiązuje się dostarczyć Kupującemu produkt bez wad.
  11. Reklamacja może zostać złożona przez Kupującego:
    1. Pisemnie na adres Sprzedającego
    2. W formie elektronicznej na adres vadimgavva@wp.pl
  12. Sprzedający ustosunkuje się do reklamacji Kupującego niezwłocznie, w terminie nie późniejszym niż 14 dni kalendarzowych od dnia jej złożenia. Brak ustosunkowania się Sprzedającego w powyższym terminie oznacza, że Sprzedający uznał reklamację za uzasadnioną.

Niniejszym akceptuję Regulamin sprzedaży oraz składam zamówienie. Przesłane przeze mnie w formularzu dane będa wykorzystane do realizacji zamówienia.
